  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Toppings
  • 2 bananas, sliced into thin rounds or diced
  • toasted coconut
