Caramel Apple Pound Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 medium Red apples ( I used Red delicious) , peeled and finely chopped (2 cups)
Caramel Glaze:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
