  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • icing sugar
Toppings
  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
