Caramel Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 medium Red apples ( I used Red delicious) , peeled and finely chopped (2 cups)

Caramel Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
