- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
Lemon Buttercream
- 1/2 cups butter
- 1/2 cups shortening
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
