Broiled Salmon with Mango Salsa and Rice
Ingredients:

Rice, salmon, and glaze:

cups uncooked rice or quinoa

pounds salmon, or 4 6-ounce salmon fillets

tablespoons olive oil

tablespoons honey

tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice

tablespoons soy sauce (use gluten free soy sauce for gluten free
version)
